Description:
Edgardo (Ed) L. Ledesma Jr has a BSc in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas. Managing Partner of Leandro V. Locsin Partners since 1998, he is credited with the development of the firm’s design sensibilities. He has been involved in many of the firm’s most important projects, among them the Cultural Center of the Philippines Theater for the Performing Arts, the Hotel Intercontinental Manila, and the Istana N jrul Iman (State Palace for the Sultan of Brunei). More recently, he was Partner-ln-Charge for Tower One and the Philippine Stock Exchange Plaza; Kawayan Cove in Nasugbu, Batangas; and the new Ayala Museum. Ledesma has also overseen many of the firm’s residential urban and rural commissions, including those of Fernardo Zobel, Menchu Katigbak, Ricardo Yanson, Inigo Zobel, Rante Aguila, and Emmanuel Sy. He is a Corporate Member of the United Architects of the Philippines, Makati chapter.
